Richard Bolton joins 3ti, as Site Manager, to support the growing demand in solar car park projects

To meet the growing demand for solar car parks and EV charging hubs, 3ti is delighted to welcome Richard Bolton as the latest Site Manager to join the Delivery Team.

Richardโ€™s role will see him lead the onsite co-ordination of the team, product and equipment deliveries as well as the overall installation and delivery of solar projects in a smooth and efficient manner, whilst maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.

With a vast amount of experience of working in the construction sector, Richard was also involved in projects for Portsmouthโ€™s Naval Dockyard including the transformation of a Grade II listed building.

On joining 3ti, Richard said: โ€œI share the same values as 3ti and believe that we need to develop solar energy as a key resource to ensure we preserve the environment and build a better future for all. I am able to bring together my construction knowledge and experience with new emerging skills required for the solar industry.

โ€œSince working at 3ti I was instantly made to feel a part of the team and can’t quite believe we have launched a new product, Papilio3 and a new crowdfunding campaign. It’s great what we have achieved in such a short space of time.โ€
