What is equity crowdfunding?
Equity crowdfunding is buying shares in a business in the hope that the value of that company will increase over time. Hopefully the chosen business goes on to make an ‘exit’ at a higher value than when you invested, and you will get a return on your investment and make a profit. Please be aware, investments of this nature carry risks to your capital.
Why is 3ti crowdfunding?
We believe now is the right time to build on our position in the market, by rolling out ‘Papilio3’, our pop-up mini solar car park and EV charging hub. We’ll also develop our technology further and expand our team to support our growth.
What is Crowdcube?
Crowdcube is a UK crowdfunding platform that matches start-ups and scale-ups seeking investment with a wide variety of everyday and experienced investors who want to share in the future of companies they believe in, whose values they match.
Who can invest?
Anyone over the age of 18 who is legally entitled to invest. Unfortunately, if you live in the US, Canada or Japan you are unable to invest in our campaign.
How much can I invest?
The minimum investment in 3ti is £17.80. There is no upper limit but we would remind you to invest aware.
How do I become a 3ti shareholder?
You will need to sign up for free to Crowdcube. This is quick and easy and will allow you to make your investment as soon as our raise goes live. By registering your interest, you’ll be given exclusive access to our Crowdcube investment page before we share it with the general public. You will officially become a 3ti shareholder once the round has closed and the cooling-off period is over.

We’ll send you exclusive access to our Crowdcube page when it launches privately. On Crowdcube you’ll be able to view more information about our equity raise and make an investment to join us.
