3ti joins forces with UK Ministry of Defence to deliver 3 pilot solar PV sites as part of the MOD’s “Prometheus” solar wave drive.
3ti has designed and is installing, 3 Ground Mounted Solar Arrays this Spring at British Army sites in Suffolk, Gloucestershire and Hampshire.

The solar design is quite unique in terms of needing to avoid ground penetration due to the potential for UXO legacy on the sites. In addition, due to the approaching bird nesting season, 3ti’s solution also needed to be both environmentally friendly and time sensitive, with regard to installation scheduling.
